After starting in admin over 20 years ago, starting at the bottom and stepping into roles including office management and team director positions, I landed in a role as an Executive Assistant.
After spending many years in that position, alongside my everyday work I transitioned into providing group coaching to some of the clients of the company I was working for. From there I transitioned into 1:1 coaching with executives and their EA’s, sharing best practices for maximizing the EA role. While balancing my full-time job and this side hustle for about 1.5 years, I realized I wanted to give more of myself to both my clients and family.
This led me to make the positive decision to step away from my job, allowing me to focus entirely on providing dedicated support to my clients and spending quality time with my loved ones.
